The robot greets your guests at the door. It checks them in against your guest list and shows each one to their table. Built for galas, conferences, launches and weddings with a guest list.

FAQs
Does the seating hour count in my package?
Yes. On Elite and Icon, the first hour is seating at the entrance, and the rest of your hours are photobooth.
Who manages the queue at the door?
Your planner or ushers. The robot shows each guest their table; directing arrivals stays with your team.
How do guests get their photos?
Printed instantly or sent to their phones by WhatsApp, SMS or email. You get the full gallery after the event.
What if there’s a power cut?
We bring battery backup, so the robot keeps going. We still need the venue to give us a working power socket near Robo’s spot, from set-up to pack-down.
How do I secure my date?
Book online and pay a 60% non-refundable deposit with Paystack. The balance is due 7 days before your event.
Do you charge for travel?
Events in Victoria Island, Ikoyi, Lagos Island and Lekki have no travel fee. Events from Ajah onwards along the Lekki–Epe road, and on the Mainland, add ₦30,000 to ₦50,000 for transport, billed separately. Outside Lagos, send us the location on WhatsApp for a quote.
Can I change my date?
Yes, once, for free. Tell us at least 10 days before your event and pick a free date within 6 months. Your deposit moves with you. If our prices have changed, the new date uses the new prices.
What if I need to cancel?
If you cancel at least 7 days before your event, you only lose your deposit. After that, payments aren’t refunded. If we ever have to cancel, you get a full refund.
